At Cleat Culture, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔄 30-Day Return Window

If your item doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • 100% brand new

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging (including box, tags, accessories)

  • In resellable condition, exactly as received

Once the item arrives and passes inspection, we can process:

  • A full refund

  • An exchange

  • Store credit — your choice

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been worn, used, tried outdoors, or damaged

  • The item is missing original packaging or accessories

  • There are signs of play, grass, dirt, or wear

  • The return is requested after 30 days

  • The product is a final sale item (if marked)

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit after the item passes inspection.
Shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.
